Online Payments

Pay your Mason Grand rent online or by phone and save precious natural resources. Simply go online or call to pay. You can pay immediately or schedule a payment. The payment posts the same day you make it! Sorry, no partial payments.

To pay APPLY and pay APPLICATION FEES:

Please select the floor plan of your choice, and you will be directed to our application portal. Once there, please follow the online instructions provided. AppFolio will add a 2.99% fee to credit and a $9.99 fee to debit card payments to cover the cost of credit card processing fees. If you need help paying or registering online, please call our office at (513) 770-6700.

To pay RENT:

Please select the Resident Portal link on the home page and follow online prompts provided. You can pay rent online using ACH, credit, or debit. ACH fees will have a $1.50 fee, credit cards have a 2.99% fee, and debit cards incur a $9.99 fee, to help cover the cost of processing.
